罗威尔·埃德蒙兹（Lowell Edmunds），新泽西州立罗格斯大学（Rutgers University）古典学教授。著有《诗人、公众与表演：古希腊文学和文学史》（Poet, Public and Performance: Essays in Ancient Greek Literature and Literary History，1997)、《互文修辞与罗马诗歌的阅读》（Intertextuality and the Reading of Roman Poetry, 2001 )、《俄狄浦斯：古代传说及其后的同类叙事》（Oedipus: The Ancient Legend and its Later Analogues，2020）。
