作者简介:
斯蒂芬 P. 罗宾斯(Stephen P.Robbins)美国圣迭戈州立大学荣誉教授,在亚利桑那大学获得博士学位。他曾经就职于英国壳牌石油公司和雷诺金属公司,有着丰富的实践经验,并先后任教于布拉斯加大学、康科迪亚大学、巴尔的摩大学、南伊利诺伊大学,以及圣迭戈州立大学。罗宾斯博士兴趣广泛,尤其在组织冲突、权力和政治,以及开发有效的人际关系技能等方面成就突出。他曾经在《商业地平线》、《加州管理评论》、《商业和经济观察》、《国际管理》、《管理评论》、《加拿大人事和工作关系》及《管理教育》等学术刊物上发表了许多论文。近年来,罗宾斯博士已出版了多本教科书,他的教材被美国斯坦福大学等上千所大学和学院采纳为核心教材,同时还被英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰以及斯堪的那维亚地区、拉西美洲、亚洲、欧洲等地的上百所大学所采用。蒂莫西·贾奇(Timothy A. Judge)佛罗里达大学的杰出学者,美国心理协会和管理学会等组织的成员。与斯蒂芬·罗宾斯合著了《组织行为学》第12版,并与赫伯特·赫尼曼合著了《组织人员配置》。
